Looking for something creative & screen-free this Easter?

Our glass fusing sessions are so popular amongst adults that we have decided to introduce sessioin for teens to come and enjoy during the Easter holidays. Young creatives can enjoy learning a brand new skill and make something to be really proud of.

Design & create your own glass masterpiece. Choose from a framed 10cm tile, suncatcher or tealight and our friendly staff will be hosting the session to guide you through the process.

What is glass fusing? It's a beautiful process which involves heating pieces of glass in a kiln until soft when they fuse together. It's a popular technique used to create gorgeous artwork and jewellery.

During this beginner session we will show you how to plan out your design before using our tools and selection of glass sheets, frits & stringers to bring your design to life.

Glass items will take around 4 weeks to fire (simply because this is a brand new service and we would like to make sure our kiln is nice and full - as the sessions become more frequent, our turnaround time will reduce)

This workshop is open to those aged 13+ over. If you would prefer to stay for the session and to take part with your child then you are welcome to book a space on the session. We are unable to accommodate non-paying spectators. Teens without accompanying adults will sit together on one table and be supervised throughout by the session host. Full safety information will be given at the start of the workshop. Please wear closed in shoes for this session due to small pieces of glass being present.
