We are very excited to be scheduling some glass fusing sessions to our studio for Spring / Summer. These sessions are extremely popular, relazxing & enjoyable.

What is glass fusing? It's a beautiful process which involves heating pieces of glass in a kiln until soft when they fuse together. It's a popular technique used to create gorgeous artwork and jewellery.

During this beginner session you can choose to make a tealight or framed tile. We will show you how to plan out your design before using our tools and selection of glass sheets, frits & stringers to bring your design to life.

Glass items will take around 4 weeks to fire (simply because this is a brand new service and we would like to make sure our kiln is nice and full - as the sessions become more frequent, our turnaround time will reduce)

This workshop is open to adults and children aged 12+ (under 18's must be accompanied by a paying / participating adult) Full safety information will be given at the start of the workshop and parents will be asked to supervise. Please wear closed in shoes for this session due to small pieces of glass being present.

In the event of you being unable to attend, please call the studio on 01633 406406. If we receive 48 hours notice we will do our best to find a replacement for your space and a credit note for your booking fee will be issued for you to spend at rhe studio. Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. We cannot guaranteed that your place will be filled. Please note that a credit note will not be given if your space cannot be filled. You are welcome to transfer your space to a friend or family member if you cannot attend.
